Uses:
- The Tri-Clover Gasket creates a seal in the sanitary connection between two tri-clamp flange ends held in place with a tri-clamp.
- This creates a leak proof seal between the abutting tri clover fittings.
Materials:
- Most Tri-Clover Gaskets used in the food & beverage market are made out of silicone.
- Silicone has wide temperature operating ranges whilst still maintaining flexibilty.
- They are economical and have very low leaching characteristics.
- Also offered here in PTFE (Teflon) for indicated sizes.
- Other sizes and materials (Viton and EPDM) are available for special order.
Sizing:
- A 1/2" and 3/4" Tri-Clover gasket are the same size, so too the 1" and 1.5" gaskets.
