- These are the premium 2 Piece Stainless Steel Ball Valves.
- Slightly heavier in weight than the regular versions.
- 2 piece is the most popular style of Ball Valve, also referred to as a 2 Stainless Steel Ball Valve
- Their larger handles make them similar to versions from the likes of Nibco Ball Valves and Apollo Valves.
Uses:
- Used to shut-off flow in both directions.
Description:
- A standard ball valve with flat handle and 2 body parts that are threaded.
- Since it is composed of two pieces, it can be taken apart for servicing if required.
Operation:
- When Handle is parallel to the valve, flow is open, and when handle is at 90 degrees (right angles), flow is closed.
Full Port:
- The Valve bore matches the Pipe ID, keeping flow rate at a maximum.
Threaded:
- Threaded ball valves are quick to install and require no tooling for installation.
- Thread easily onto any Male BSP thread.
Handles:
- Flat handles with a plastic cover, for quick turning action and grip.
- Plastic handle covers can be specially labeled.
Material:
- High Grade Stainless Steel 316 (Also available in budget friendly Stainless Steel 304)
- Seals in PTFE. PTFE is Food Grade compliant.
