2 Piece Ball Valves

Two Piece Full Port Ball Valves are the most widely used full flow and shutoff solution. The threaded ball valve connection ends allow for fast, secure installation to BSP threaded pipe. Our Stainless Steel Ball Valves are manufactured in Standard and Heavy Versions. Both have the same specifications of 1000 PSI (WOG). These valves outperform brass alternatives with zero dezincification, lead-free construction, and extreme corrosion resistance. Like all ball valves, they are easy to maintain, easy to use and provide quick easy flow shutoff across a variety of applications. Pacific Fittings Valves are available in 1000 PSI WOG and ultra high-pressure versions (up to 3000 PSI on request), all feature locking handles for safety-critical applications and PTFE seats for reliable high-temperature sealing. Manufactured from high grade stainless steel 304 and 316, they’re ideal for industrial, chemical and process systems - where material integrity and longevity matter.

2-Piece Full Port Ball Valve: Reliability for When You Need It!

The 2-piece full-port stainless steel ball valve delivers superior flow control across industrial, commercial, and utility applications. The full-bore design eliminates flow restriction, minimising pressure drops while maintaining efficient flow in water, oil, and gas (WOG) systems. This valve is the go-to choice for professionals prioritising convenience, safety, and long-term performance.

The compact design of the standard 2-inch ball valve makes them an alternative to brass ball valves. It provides the same advantages with the added advantages of zero dezincification, lead-free compliance, and greater corrosion resistance.

Key Features:

  • Full-port design – Minimal flow restriction
  • Blow-out-proof stem – Safe under pressure surges
  • Locking handles – Prevent unauthorised use
  • 2000/3000 PSI options available – For heavy-duty industrial use

Heavy Duty versions:

Both the Standard and Heavy versions are pressure-rated to 1000 PSI. They have identical specs – choose based on weight/durability needs.

  • Heavy Duty differences – 1. Heavier (av. 20%) - larger valve body 2. Larger handle

More about 2-Piece Ball Valves

  • They are constructed with only 2 main parts - one end screwed into a cast body.
  • A solid stainless steel ball can be inserted into the body from the one side.
  • This allows for full flow as the ball does not need to be inserted through the stem aperture (as is the case with the 1 Piece Ball Valve) and hence would need to be a smaller size reducing the port aperture.
